Diversity and creativity are key to our breakfast. The standard breakfast - comprised of local specialties such as baguettes, coirssants, home-made jams and a selection of charcuterie - is complemented with a daily 'extra' (like different preparations of eggs, fresh fruit and vegetable juices, etc.), which makes for a very varied spread. Even during a longer stay, you will not have to eat the same thing twice.

Table d’hôte

Three times a week you can dine with us in a relaxed family setting. A 'no nonsense' kitchen that focuses on terroir, freshness and quality. Our menu varies according to the seasons and the available local produce. The daily menu will be presented each morning, so you can decide if you want to dine with us that evening or not. On the days we don't cook, the local restaurants offer great alternatives.

Dinner is offered at 40 euro p/p and includes an aperitif with mise en bouche, starter, entree and a desert or cheese, as well as wine, water, coffee or tea.

Not only your stomach will feast at Les Mirandes, so will your eyes! Hostess Tinne designs and creates exclusive plates and dinnerware, on which host Olivier presents his cooking art. In short, our joint passions make for an artistic culinary experience.
